Shannon Loos, MA is providing Art Therapy-based self-care groups and individual sessions in Long Beach, CA. By leading the Art as Meditation series, and a Meet and Greet as an introduction, Shannon is supporting those seeking balance in their lives and creativity in their self-care practices. Shannon believes in focusing on the process vs. the product, and “non-artists” are enthusiastically welcome in the space.
