Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing + restorative guided meditation practice.

Yoga Nidra sessions have been known to ease symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, and depression. Both new and experienced meditators are welcome to join us on this blissful trip.

Class is led by Yoga Instructor Kelly Matten.
